Position Overview: We are seeking a talented UX and Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing dashboards and frontend portals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) design, graphic design, and proficiency in tools like QuickSight and React framework.
You will collaborate closely with our development team to create engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for dashboards and frontend portals, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Create visually stunning graphics, icons, and other visual elements that align with our customers’ brand identity, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the design and usability of our products.
- Work closely with the development team to implement designs using React framework and ensure pixel-perfect execution of design specifications.
- Maintain design documentation, style guides, and other relevant assets to facilitate collaboration and ensure consistency across projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) working as a UX and Graphic Designer, preferably in a SaaS, DevOp development and technology-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, with a focus on dashboard and frontend portal design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
- Experience with data visualization tools like QuickSight is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks, particularly React framework.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
- French and English bilingual.
